We are pleased to invite you to the 9th ESST/VDZ Conference in Lübeck

The conference will be organized as a joint meeting of European Society for Sugar Technology (ESST) and Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker (VDZ) – the venue will be the Musik- und Kongresshalle (MuK) Lübeck.

It will be the 9th pan-European conference for sugar technology bringing together sugar technologists from all European sugar producing countries. It encompasses a large exhibition next to the conference hall.

The conference themes are:

  • Changes in beet quality and processing properties
  • Decarbonization of beet sugar production
  • Artificial Intelligence and sugar production
  • General Sugar Technology

We look forward to an enriching exchange during the next ESST Meeting in 2026.
