Important information

The Hofburg in Vienna is a historic building in the center of Vienna of inestimable value. The conditions (set-up, dismantling of stands, power supply, lights) for the exhibition therefore differ from those in modern exhibition centers. Please have look at the Exhibition Regulations of Hofburg Vienna.

• The exhibition fee does not include any power or lighting. This has to be ordered separately through LESO. → order here
• All stand personnel must be registered for the conference. Registration fee €420 (incl. VAT, until 1 March 2024) for ESST members per person. → register here
• The stand equipment has to be ordered through Verlag Dr. Albert Bartens KG until April 3, 2024. → order here
• Submit company logo or name for Fascia →download form

Exhibition Stand Dimensions 

Stand standard size: 9 m² (3 m x 3 m)
Stand No. 12, 18, 36, 41: 18 m² (3 m x 6 m)
Stand No. 61, 62, 63: 7.5 m² (1.5 m x 5 m)
Stands No. 60: 10 m² (2 m x 5 m)
