Important information

The Music and Congress Hall (MuK), a striking building near the center of Lübeck, is easy to reach by public transport, regional and long-distance transport, and by car. Approx. 2000 parking spaces are available.

The MuK in Lübeck emphasizes sustainability and climate neutrality.
The conditions (set-up, dismantling of stands, refuse disposal) for the exhibition therefore, differ from those in other exhibition centers. Please have a look at the Exhibition Regulations of MuK Lübeck.

• The exhibition fee includes power (1 power connection, 3,3 KW, 220), lighting, and carpet
• All stand personnel must register for the conference. Registration will open in early 2026.

Stand standard size: 9 m² (3 m x 3 m)
No. 1-17; 19-23; 25-50
Costs: €2800 + VAT,
            €2450 + VAT for ESST members

Double stand: 18 m² (3 m x 6 m)
No. 18, 24, 51, 53
Costs: €5600 + VAT,
            €4900 + VAT for ESST members
