The Board of the European Society for Sugar Technology is delighted to invite you to the 9th ESST/VDZ Conference.

The conference themes are:

  • Decarbonization of beet sugar production

  • Artificial Intelligence and sugar production

Papers and poster submissions are welcome on the topics given above as well as contributions on 

• • General Sugar Technology and Sugar Quality Assurance

Deadlines: 
Receipt of abstract by ESST: 30 September 2025
Acceptance notification: 9 January 2026
